Anini is one of the most enticing places in Arunachal Pradesh. Although the history of the place is a bit clouded, it is said to have housed the Idu Mishimi who migrated from Tibet around the 1st millennium BC. The Town is located atop a Plateau between two tributaries of the mighty Brahmaputra river.
